Members in Contractor Rewards are required to provide business name, business size information, contact information (including address, phone and email) business segment and business sector information. Phone number is required in the event that Contractor Rewards needs to contact a member to verify their account or if there is a problem with an order.

Demographic and other profile information beyond that gathered during enrollment may also be requested via optional surveys or other site promotions. This information will be used to deliver relevant, targeted offers to members and is not required to use the Web site.


The following Google Analytics Advertising Features are enabled:

These Advertising Features enable Google Analytics to collect data about your site usage via Google advertising cookies (more information at and identifiers, in addition to data collected through a standard Google Analytics implementation.

You may opt out of Google Analytics Advertising Features through Google Ads Settings, Google Ad Settings for mobile apps, or any other available means. You may also use any Google Analytics opt-out tool then available for the web which can be found at or any other URL Google may provide for time to time.


Member information collected is used to create and administer your Contractor Rewards account, including, but not limited to for purposes of account verification if a member loses or forgets the Coalition Loyalty Program password. Contractor Rewards will use this information to contact a member via e-mail, phone, text or print communications regarding special Coalition Loyalty Program promotional offers featuring one or more Coalition Loyalty Program Sponsors. In addition, Contractor Rewards may use this information to contact a member regarding any issues that may arise in the operation of the Web site or Coalition Loyalty Program. Contractor Rewards does not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties except that sponsoring organizations that are under contract with Contractor Rewards and that pay for points that are issued in Contractor Rewards for the purchase of their products have access to your personal information in accordance with the section “Information Provided to Sponsors”. If a member redeems Contractor Rewards points for merchandise, the member may, at Contractor Rewards discretion receive communications with information about the transaction (such as order or shipment confirmation) or special promotions.


When a member enrolls in Contractor Rewards, a member completes an enrollment profile. Information collected from this profile will be shared with only those Sponsors for whom a member submits a Reward Code or other promotional code, or with whom the member has a previously established relationship. Sponsoring organizations in the Coalition Loyalty Program only have access to your name, organization, address, phone number and e-mail if you redeem reward codes or promotional bonus codes from such sponsoring organizations. Upon enrolling, a member shall have the choice to opt-out of receiving information about sponsoring manufacturers' products and services directly from Sponsors. If a member chooses to opt-out, Contractor Rewards Administration will not provide Sponsors with your e-mail address. Subsequent to enrolling, a member may opt-out of Sponsor e-mails through the Contractor Rewards Web site, and the member's email address will not be shared with Sponsors whose participation in the Coalition Loyalty Program commences after the date of receipt of the member's decision to opt-out. The member will need to unsubscribe from communications received directly from Sponsors via the message's unsubscribe link.


When a member logs onto the Internet, a member is assigned an IP (Internet Protocol) address by an ISP (Internet Service Provider). Web sites can determine from what IP address a member is entering the site. Contractor Rewards uses the IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and for security purposes. Contractor Rewards reserves the right to share aggregate ISP information with our Sponsors.


The Contractor Rewards site utilizes "cookies" to improve your experience on our site. Cookies are small pieces of important information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. These are used to enhance site usability and personalization and to assist in site navigation. Our cookies contain only information that a member has supplied to, and can only be accessed by, this site. They cannot read other data off of your computer or share information with cookies from other sites. A cookie may remain on your computer after your browser session has expired to assist a member when a member returns to this site. Occasionally Contractor Rewards may place ads on the Web site. These ads may also contain cookies, and appear to be coming from our site, but are, in fact, coming from Sponsors or other parties who are presenting ads on our site. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify a member when a cookie is set. The Contractor Rewards site has security measures in place to prevent misuse, fraud and alteration of the information under its control. All personal and account activity information collected and used by Contractor Rewards is protected via user name and password and is not accessible by the public or via the Internet.

Contractor Rewards restricts access to personally identifiable information gathered through the Web site to program employees who need access to the information for the purposes of administering the Contractor Rewards Program. These employees are limited in number, and are committed to Contractor Rewards' privacy and security policies. Contractor Rewards takes the extra step of having our employees execute comprehensive nondisclosure agreements with us to protect member's confidential information.


A member can review and change portions of your personal information in the ‘My Profile’ area of the Web site. While Contractor Rewards makes reasonable efforts to ensure data integrity, to the extent that some information may have been transferred to other databases not directly administered by, Contractor Rewards cannot ensure the timeliness with which such corrections or deletions may reach other databases.


By visiting, members agree to the practices described in this online Privacy Policy. To the extent that any of the third-party sites accessible through Contractor Rewards have different privacy practices from those stated in the Online Privacy Policy, those third-party privacy practices govern the collection and use of information a member provides when visiting those sites. Contractor Rewards is not responsible for the policies, content and practices of other companies.


On occasion, it may be necessary for Contractor Rewards to change the terms and conditions of the Contractor Rewards Online Privacy Policy. To ensure that a member is aware of current privacy practices, Contractor Rewards recommends that a member check this site periodically. Contractor Rewards will not materially expand how Contractor Rewards handles previously collected information without providing notice and choice to opt-out before the policy is materially expanded.
